We are innovating at the frontier of diagnostics by combining software, robotics, data science, medical consultation, lab automation, and operational excellence to create end-to-end products that span the entire spectrum of user needs - and become exponentially more efficient over time.

Founded as an impact project during the pandemic, ABC grew into Sweden’s largest COVID-19 testing lab, conducting up to 28% of national testing under public health contracts exceeding $180 million. Our R&D efforts have led to three national screening programs and nine publications.

We are now applying this infrastructure to a new frontier: substance abuse testing at workplaces - a complex, highly regulated, and fragmented value chain growing at >10% CAGR across Europe and the U.S., and in urgent need of scalable, intelligent solutions.

Safeguard ABC’s financial foundation while unlocking growth, expansion, and global scale.

As the architect of ABC’s financial strategy, you will secure runway, lead fundraises, structure M&A, and position ABC as the inevitable health-infrastructure leader in Europe, the U.S., and beyond.

What you’ll do

--> Lead all aspects of finance - planning, reporting, analysis, tax, auditing, and investments.
--> Drive fundraising, manage investor relations, and execute M&A with venture and private equity partners.
--> Design scalable corporate structures for subsidiaries, public-private partnerships, and foundations.
--> Build practical runway solutions that extend liquidity while enabling rapid growth.
--> Establish and scale entities abroad, including U.S. operations, ensuring compliance in regulated markets.
--> Build and lead ABC’s finance function — from first principles to a global team, while coaching other functions on capital-efficient growth.

You are

--> A proven finance leader (CFO or equivalent) with experience in venture capital, M&A, startups/scaleups, or private equity.
--> Strategic yet hands-on - equally at ease negotiating with investors or managing operational finance.
--> Skilled at simplifying complex environments into clear strategy.
--> An entrepreneurial people leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes contexts.

The Practical Stuff

Based in Stockholm (some travel may be required)
You’ll report directly to the CEO
Market-based compensation, 30 days vacation, and benefits
