We are innovating at the frontier of diagnostics by combining software, robotics, data science, medical consultation, lab automation, and operational excellence to create end-to-end products that span the entire spectrum of user needs — and become exponentially more efficient over time.
Founded as an impact project during the pandemic, ABC grew into Sweden’s largest COVID-19 testing lab, conducting up to 28% of national testing under public health contracts exceeding $180 million. Our R&D efforts have led to three national screening programs and nine publications.
We are now applying this infrastructure to a new frontier: substance abuse testing at workplaces — a complex, highly regulated, and fragmented value chain growing at >10% CAGR across Europe and the U.S., and in urgent need of scalable, intelligent solutions.
Mission
Shape and scale ABC’s public identity by combining brand strategy, creative direction, and growth execution.
You will ensure ABC is recognised as a category-defining health-infrastructure company while converting visibility into product traction and commercial scale.
What you’ll do
--> Own and evolve ABC’s brand identity and narrative across all channels.
--> Shape strategic communications — translating our broader public health vision and targeted product applications into clear, resonant stories.
--> Design and execute high-impact growth campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential channels.
--> Commission, direct, and produce high-quality creative output — from photos, films, and decks to website copy and case studies.
--> Build ABC’s reputation at the intersection of AI, life sciences, and public health — ensuring our brand sets the benchmark in design and storytelling.
You are
--> A senior, hands-on builder with a sharp eye for design, aesthetics, and cultural relevance.
--> Experienced in brand strategy, storytelling, and growth marketing.
--> Equally comfortable crafting high-level investor decks and executing scrappy campaigns.
--> Entrepreneurial, creative, and able to move fast while maintaining quality.
--> Excited to make ABC’s identity inevitable — the backbone of how investors, partners, and customers experience our company.

Based in Stockholm (some travel may be required)
You’ll report directly to the CEO

Now, we are deploying that infrastructure to the highly regulated, highly complex, and fragmented value chain for substance abuse testing at workplaces that is growing at more than 10% CAGR across the EU with need for increasingly sophisticated and scalable solutions to meet its challenges.
