About ABC
We are innovating at the forefront of diagnostics by creating technologies combining software, robotics, data science, medical consultations, lab testing, and customer-facing operations to enable end-to-end products covering the entire spectrum of user needs.
ABC was founded as an impact project and grew into the largest pandemic lab conducting up to 30% of total testing in Sweden. We are now deploying that infrastructure to unify the highly regulated, highly complex, and fragmented value chain for substance abuse testing at workplaces that is growing at more than 10% CAGR across the EU with need for increasingly sophisticated and scalable solutions.
The role
You will report to the Head of Sales and be part of the Commercial Team where we are responsible for bringing the ABC Labs product to the market. As an Account Executive you will be expected to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relations and continuously improve the sales process. You will be supported by ABC Labs’ marketing and lead generation capabilities, but you are ultimately responsible for reaching your quota. You are also expected to help develop blueprints, tools and ways-of-working enabling us to scale.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Drive sales, own and manage your sales pipeline from qualification to closing, focusing on high-value deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies with SDR support for lead generation
- Lead negotiations and close complex deals to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction
What you bring to the role:
- 3–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven success selling to HR buyers (e.g., HR directors, VPs, CHROs) or within the HR tech space (e.g., talent management, employee engagement, recruitment platforms).
- Experience managing a full sales cycle for large/enterprise customers, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing deals
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota of SEK 10 mn.
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar

Salary & Benefits
As Account Executive you will receive market based compensation. We have 30 days of vacation and good benefits.
